This offspring of the Grand Workcenter features a 1.75" thick butcher block top that is safe for food preparation. Other features include an 8" deep drawer, three chrome towel bars, a slatted shelf, locking casters, and a drop leaf that adds an extra 10 in. to the depth of the table top. Also comes in a version with a wine rack.

The Baby Grand Workcenter is made in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York from solid Northeastern Hardwood, which is not endangered, and is self-replenishing. All scraps are recylced into wood pellet fuel. (Where veneer panels are needed, such as drawer bottoms, these panels are solid plywood and do not contain particle board.)
