It arrived undamaged, quality wood products, no hardware or parts missing and in a week's time. The instructions were easy to follow with good details, all the parts were marked clearly and all the pilot holes for the hardware were drilled in the right places! I didn't have to struggle once or re-do anything. It's a beautiful piece of furniture. I'm a happy customer. I expected to see 'a million screws' and limited instructions. Boy, was I surprised — pleasantly! What a great experience! You guys did a great job of marking all pieces AND packaging the screws (not too many) and hex bolts AND marking what they were! Wow was I impressed! The assembly instructions were very detailed (I love pictures) and easy to understand. By the way, I am a 'mature' female and put the island together all by myself. Love the island!
